Color Box Packaging
Color boxes are ideal for overseas customers who have higher packaging requirements. They are visually appealing, easy to market, and provide good protection for the glasses. Color boxes come in two types: inner packaging and built-in foam packaging. Inner packaging is more suitable for gift box customization, while foam provides maximum protection for the glass. Attractive packaging not only pleases customers but can also save on secondary packaging and sales costs.
Kraft Paper Box Packaging
Kraft boxes are eco-friendly, cost-effective, and provide adequate protection. They are easy to recycle, handle, and transport, and offer good compression and shock resistance. In terms of appearance, they are slightly less decorative than color boxes. Kraft boxes are suitable for customers who prioritize stable quality and cost performance over packaging style.
Pallet Packaging
Pallet packaging is widely used for bulk orders due to its cost efficiency and freight advantages. Each layer of a tray can typically hold 108 wine glasses. This method is simple, helps control packaging costs, and is convenient for storage. However, pallet packaging is less suitable for retail display and offers less protection compared with boxed packaging. It is best suited for customers with large order volumes and limited packaging budgets.
